CYRIL MONTAGUE

All prints are made from high-resolution scans of the original archive. We work with fine-art print partner Creative Hub, who use C-type digital photo printing, the highest-quality printing for serious photographers. Silver-based Digital C-type prints are archival photographic prints to preserve detail, tonal range, and texture. Prints are available in a range of sizes, framed or un-framed; shipping and fulfilment are handled by Creative Hub via our Etsy shop. Click an image in the gallery to view available print options. Cyril’s photographs are black and white, and the reproductions are made directly from his original finished prints. This approach preserves the subtle tonal warmth, surface texture, and patina that were deliberately created through his darkroom processes to achieve a particular atmosphere or effect.
